Cece Williams

Cece grew up alongside Mac on the ATAC swim team. She and Mac were like siblings, fighting but always loving one another. She values strong family bonds and hard work, which she learn from swimming on ATAC. She is now a fourth year at her dream school, The University of Virginia. She swims distance freestyle and is studying Economics.
